Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
